As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing innovative sales strategies specific to your designated geographic area for RCS services and new garment and radiation protection equipment.

    Your role is multifaceted, from analyzing data to pinpointing the most effective sales approaches to engaging directly with customers to understand their unique requirements. You'll showcase our cutting-edge X-ray garment products and comprehensive cleaning services, ensuring our offerings exceed customer expectations.

    Networking is key; you'll actively participate in industry events to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our clients. Backed by your astute sales acumen, you'll continuously evaluate sales performance, providing invaluable insights to our sales Director through detailed reports, sales meetings, and frequent one-on-ones.

    Territory Manager Responsibilities

    · Strategic Sales Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies uniquely crafted for the territory's market dynamics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    · Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and clients within the territory, fostering trust and loyalty while identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

    · Sales Target Attainment: Drive towards and surpass predetermined sales targets and objectives, leveraging market insights and innovative approaches to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.

    · Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and sales data to assess market potential, identify emerging trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

    · Sales Execution Excellence: Effectively showcase and promote products and services to both existing and prospective customers, leveraging persuasive communication and tailored solutions to drive conversion and retention.

    · Collaborative Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration between sales and marketing efforts, leveraging insights and feedback to refine strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.

    · Timely Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the Sales Director, offering insights into performance metrics, market trends, and strategic recommendations to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

    · Customer Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer complaints and concerns by conducting thorough investigations, empathetically listening to grievances, and offering prompt and satisfactory solutions to maintain positive relationships and uphold RCS’s reputation.
