Grow your career while making a difference.

We are building a top-tier team that is committed to our mission and embodies our values.

Our Mission & Vision

At RCS, our mission is simple but vital: protect clinicians and patients by delivering reliable X-ray garment services and products. We take that responsibility seriously. But we’re here to do far more than maintain equipment — we’re here to build a better future for the people behind the beam.

Our culture is rooted in Radical Generosity. To us, business success should fuel positive change. That’s why we advocate for stronger radiation-safety standards, invest in our communities through meaningful service and philanthropy, and empower every employee with paid service hours to make an impact where it matters most.

If you’re driven by purpose, motivated by real-world impact, and ready to help shape a safer and more generous healthcare environment, RCS is the place to do it.

What We Value

Our values shape how we serve healthcare teams and guide every decision we make as a company.

Be Humble

We approach situations with an open mind, value feedback, and assume positive intent. We know collaboration thrives when we stay coachable and reserve the right to get smarter.

Bias Toward Action

We’d rather say “slow down” than “get moving.” We move with urgency, intention, and drive to get the work done.

Work the Problem

We don’t panic. We approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, fostering collaboration and commitment to progress, no matter the obstacles.

Own It

We take responsibility for our successes, failures, and how we carry ourselves. We believe in our mission and will do what it takes to get the job done right.

Radical Generosity in Action

We believe in building a better tomorrow through radical generosity and are deeply passionate about giving back to our community. Our team dedicates time each quarter to volunteering. This commitment helps us build stronger connections and make a positive impact where we live and work.

Our service projects range from serving food to those experiencing hardship with Wheeler Mission, to sewing capes for foster kids with Capes for Kids, to partnering with Homes for Hope to build homes for the less fortunate in Costa Rica.
